In an ongoing effort to keep the membership abreast of grievance activity within the Maintenance Craft we have distributed an extensive number of arbitration decisions to the field.  In addition, we maintain a “data base” of the cases that have been distributed.  These cases have been categorized by article number and issue with a brief summary of each case. 

Attached for your records is the most current list of maintenance arbitration decisions.  It is hoped that this information will be of benefit to you as a representative of APWU bargaining unit employees.
